Questions:
1) Liquidity as a foundation
What is your main rule for liquidity in 2025–2026?
What do you currently hold as an ‘untouchable reserve’ (in cash/instruments/limits) and why?

2) Scenarios and triggers
How do you build resilience scenarios when there is no forecast?
What are the 2-3 scenarios you have ‘live’ right now and what triggers make you switch between them?

3) Risks that really hurt
What are the 2–3 financial risks that are most critical to you right now, and what decisions have you already made to manage them?

4) Banks, lenders, investors — the language of trust
What has changed in your relationships with banks/lenders/investors during the war?
What are the two things that most strengthen financial partners’ trust in the company today?

5) Management reporting and ‘early signals’
What are the three indicators/reports you look at more often than before to maintain control?
What ‘early signals’ have you learned to catch before a problem becomes a crisis?

6) Continuity and ‘downtime costs’
What has become the new ‘standard of continuity’ in your company in 2025-2026?
How does the CFO calculate and defend decisions about reserves/energy resilience/alternative chains so that it is not a ‘fear’ but a managed economy?

7) AI and financial stability (without hype)
Where has AI/automation already really strengthened the finance function — and what do you fundamentally not give to AI?
Which 1–2 tasks (reporting, forecasting, control, risks, accounts receivable) have had a tangible effect, and where do you need the ‘human responsibility’ of the CFO?
