Venue: Zoom
Format: case study session
Date: 24 June

What should a company do if it loses its warehouse, production facilities or office overnight? What decisions can help maintain liquidity, retain staff and keep operations running? What can be prepared for in advance, and what needs to be addressed in the first few hours after an attack?

During this case study session, finance directors from companies that have suffered the loss of some of their assets as a result of Russian missile attacks will share their own experiences of crisis management, business recovery and building a resilience framework in wartime conditions.

The aim of the meeting is not only to exchange best practices but also to develop a joint set of recommendations for Ukrainian businesses on actions to take before, during and after emergencies related to military risks.

Speakers:
– Iryna Nesterenko — Vice-President for Operations at Biosphere Corporation
– Marina Panina — Director of the Finance Department at VARUS
– Andriy Kovalenko — CFO of TM ‘Aznauri’

Moderator: Andriy Sysoev
