Questions:
1) Changes in Ukraine: reduction of the list of low-tax residents, expansion of related party criteria. How will this affect transfer pricing, the 30% difference, and the business purpose rule? How to restructure foreign economic activity deliveries to avoid related party issues?
2) Landmark court decisions of 2025 that affected taxation:
– beneficial owner and CFC (Forra), recognition of departure from tax residency in Ukraine;
– VAT on imports of services by a single tax payer;
– PIT on income received by a single tax payer to a foreign account;
– recognition of permanent representation due to Ukrainian residency of founders or directors of a foreign company;
– transfer pricing.
3) Tax reform in Cyprus: general and crypto rates, defence tax, loss carry-forward, IP box regimes, NID, taxation of dividends, investment income. How will the reform change the structuring of Ukrainian business?
4) Discussing legislative initiatives: new preferential regimes: Defence City, Dія Invest: does it make sense to structure this way?
