Expected results of the game:
– Self-diagnosis of the manager, understanding of their strengths and ‘glass ceiling’.
– ‘Pumped up’ or accentuated management competencies (together we will choose those on which to focus our work) — from the ability to form and manage teams to setting tasks, creating engagement and managing motivation, as well as corrective actions by the manager.
– Development of corporate culture (together we will discuss which values or standards to focus on in the game).
