April 18, held a master class from CFO Club Ukraine on the topic "Position profile as a management tool"

The speaker of this lecture was Anna VLASOVA – founder and director of the HRM school, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor, Master of Business Education at the University of Economics and Law of Aix-en-Provence – Marseille, France. During 2 hours the club members learned the answers to their questions concerning the HR sphere:

-The role of human assets in the modern world;

-The concept of the structure of production as a set of human resources and their organization;

-Management functions: setting goals -> organizational structure of management -> leadership,  motivation -> performance assessment;

-Profile positions as a transitional moment from strategic planning to the organization of activities;

-Mission, vision and values ​​as criteria for analyzing the effectiveness of the enterprise;

– How do BSC goals influence on the choice of a future employee and the tasks assigned to him;

– Communication between the financial, IT and HR department as the basis for successful work in the company;

-Place of the profile position in the HRM system;

-The concept of the HR profession as an analytical, but emotional;

– Specification, accuracy and transparency in the structure of the position profile as a way to the effective work of company employees.

After the master class, club members and invited guests asked the speaker questions and discussed the HRM system on the example of their own companies and enterprises.
