He taught advanced econometrics at the University of Lausanne in Switzerland and financial mathematics at the Lausanne Polytechnic School. He worked as an analyst at the Institute of Health Economics and Management and as director of the business school at the Lviv Institute of Management.
Author of publications on econometrics and economics, developed numerical methods in finance and risk management.
1. We will explore the evolution of approaches to evaluating management decisions based on specific criteria and their generalised analogues, using decision trees, the Monte Carlo method, and investment approaches to account for strategic management flexibility.
2. In today’s digitalised world of big data, with access to various artificial intelligence models, company executives dream of analytical tools for determining the most effective comprehensive solutions that maximise shareholder value.
3. It seems to us that modelling the projection of management decisions on the capitalisation of the business and the value of shareholder capital is a problem that is practically impossible to solve. However, if a company plans to enter the ‘big leagues’, it must be able to solve such problems using a properly constructed digital twin of its business.
