1. Brief description of the case: The process of closing the financial period of the chain of key production, service and sales assets of the Group (12 enterprises) was optimised with the Group closing date no later than the 7th day of the following month (monthly). In addition to classical automation, the ERP system uses robotic solutions to handle transactions of cost reallocation and allocation (between the Group’s production facilities, types of work, customers, and individual orders), close the NZV, control the correctness of reallocations, and close account balances. In addition, a single control panel has been added to the process itself to manage the involvement of both human and robotic employees and to display the current stage of the closing process for each of the Assets. Only the last stage (with robotisation of the process) allowed us to reduce labour costs for closing by more than 3000 man-hours per year and save about 1000 hours of IT solution development.
2. Brief description of the case: Robotisation of the process ‘Incoming tax invoices and Settlement adjustments on the example of implementation for TAS-AGRO’
As part of the developed intelligent system, a software robot sends requests to the tax office, receives extracts, and modifies the file with the received tax invoices via Medoc (or similar).
The robot processes tax invoices in the accounting system, taking into account exceptions and unique cases.
Generates reports on processed tax invoices and their status for further analysis.
