The language of the lecture is Russian.
Asaichi is a chain of fees (from the lowest level to the top, 10-15 minutes at each level). The numbers (red or green) are discussed at the meeting and the problems are revealed. Problems are fixed on the board – where they are found. If the problem cannot be solved at the level where it is detected, it escalates upwards – to a higher level board.
You will see many examples, learn about the nuances of implementation, discuss the benefits of implementation.
