In today’s business environment, the key challenge is the ability to simultaneously maintain organisational resilience, support people and remain focused on results. This is no longer merely an operational task, but a matter of the long-term viability of systems.

The experience of prolonged change and uncertainty is shaping a new reality for teams and management decisions, where not only efficiency but also people’s inner capacity to cope with pressure and maintain a sense of purpose is becoming critical.

We will be discussing this on 2 July in Kyiv – amongst HRDs, CFOs and leaders who are currently shaping the new architecture of business resilience.

Natalia Kryvda – Doctor of Philosophy, Professor at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Chair of the Supervisory Board of the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation, Academic Director of the Edinburgh Business School in Ukraine.
