Speaker:
Tetyana Tymchenko CFO of a group of IT companies that create products based on artificial intelligence
This is a conversation about how not to get lost in the information noise and distinguish temporary trends from technologies that really change the rules of the game in management.
This meeting is for those who are tired of hype and want an honest conversation.
We will examine the three levels that an organisation goes through on its way to true AI maturity: from personal chatbots, through process automation using agents, to autonomous systems that operate independently without human intervention.
Because the problem is not that AI does not work. The problem is that most companies are trying to achieve the results of the third level while stuck at the first — and are not even aware of it.
At each level, we will discuss the challenges, opportunities, and privacy issues: what can be entrusted to AI and what cannot, where the security line is.
Participants will receive not instructions, but an architectural vision: a complete picture of the levels of implementation, a strategic framework for assessing their company’s readiness, and a new understanding of the role of the CFO — as a person who determines not the numbers, but the rules of the game.
Because that is the real question: will AI become a strategic lever in the hands of the CFO, or will it remain just another line in the budget that is difficult to justify for the next year?
