The workshop ‘Leadership in Conditions of Uncertainty’ is about the daily work of a manager in situations where rules are changing, information is lacking, and decisions need to be made right now.

We will talk about how a manager can remain a pillar of support for the team during periods of tension and change.

The workshop focuses on leadership qualities and management approaches that help to act without complete certainty and at the same time not lose the trust of the team.

Participants will gain a more practical and conscious understanding of how to lead people and organisations forward, even when the future is still unclear.
